Dear friends,

On behalf of the Israeli Reform and Progressive Movement, we would like to wish you and your loved ones Chag Sameach. The Torah teaches that Pesach is a holiday that falls in the Spring, which symbolizes new beginnings and new steps in our journey and is also a holiday to celebrate our freedom. In the spirit of this festival, we wish to share with you two stories. One story is of the first Bar Mitzvah in our newest congregation, Rosh Pinna, which is a letter sent by his proud parents to the community. The second story was published recently in the Jerusalem post, and is a story of Gan Nitzanim, a kindergarten for children of refugees and migrant workers. Have a relaxing and meaningful holiday in Israel, our congregations and around the world.

L'Shana Haba'a Byrushalayim,
